Team test 3 (post feedback)
This option used a simple to use widget for the image and popup. Line breaks will need to be hard coded (we can explain) and columns are used to control size and the number of rows. This approach is much more suitable for mobile (27.2% traffic) although titles will not be visible prior to hover/click.
We’ve changed the copy of the click through link to avoid repetition, this can be updaed and the profiles may need to be tweaked slightly with full names and job titles so this is clear.

This option used a slightly more complex widget for the image and popup. Line breaks will need to be hard coded (we can explain). This approach relies on a slider for mobile (27.2% traffic) which may make it unsuitable, titles will also not be visible prior to hover/click.
