What they do
Service Robotics produces and deploys Genie Connect, a robot which allows carers, friends and family to contact those in home care or with learning disabilities who may have been previously isolated from support. These innovations take pressure off the limited social care resources and reduce environmental impact as care providers no longer have to make long journeys.
What we did
We used a loan to help deploy the Genie Connect into houses of vulnerable people in the Bristol region, creating wellbeing in the community as well as supporting innovation in the region.
We believe that purposeful businesses, charities and social enterprises will unlock the solutions our region needs.
