What we did
BBRC provided funding for the construction of 61 sustainably built houses, which we will manage and rent out. In addition to positive environmental impact, the project will benefit society through a combination of lower key worker rents, ethical market rents and Rent-to-Buy homes.
We believe that purposeful businesses, charities and social enterprises will unlock the solutions our region needs.
