What they do

Our homes team purchased two 5–6-bedroom homes in Brislington and Easton and are currently renting them out as affordable co-living homes.

What we did

We use full ethical landlord practices and give a 10% reduction on market rent to key workers, such as those from the nearby Callington Road Hospital. BBRC’s goal of sustainable housing is realised through improvements in the energy efficiency of both houses, as well as the addition of solar panels and wildflower planters to improve biodiversity.

We believe that purposeful businesses, charities and social enterprises will unlock the solutions our region needs.
